When you have found just the right property you will see our?
button on the detail page. By clicking this button you will be taking the steps necessary to create a valid offer and start the process to negotiate an acceptable set of purchase terms. To complete this process you will be contacted by a licensed real estate professional from our partnering brokerages. This final step is required to formalize the offer, review the purchase terms one last time and answer any questions.
Your offer will be written on an "AS IS" contract giving you the right to inspect the property either in person or using an inspection company. The decision to proceed is at the sole discretion of the buyer. The seller must be notified during the inspection period should the buyer not wish to proceed. Your real estate professional will explain this and be coordinating the entire process.
