myHOMEY

NOW LIVE: myHOMEY now allows you to create an account with HOMEY. You can now save properties for later review.

Currently in development: The ability for each myHOMEY user to save searches. HOMEY will then email you when a matching property is added to our real time data.
You can then save your searches, share them with friends and relatives, and keep a list of favorite properties. HOMEY will process your search over and over notifying you via email or text message when any new properties are added or changes are made to price or status.

myHOMEY will also allow you to track information about your property providing a repository for information. Serial numbers, service agreements, vendor information, reminders for warranty expiration, insurance photos and many abilities for the home owner. HOMEY will allow you to store all the important information required to maintain your property in tip top shape. When the day comes and you are ready to sell, HOMEY will provide the records and reports to help show how well your home has been cared for. Assuring the new buyers and providing value for both.

HOMEY Search

We are continually improving the Real Estate Adaptive Language Search(REALS) logic and will be releasing a new and updated vocabulary and ranking service.

The Advanced Search feature is being revised to be more intuitive based on the property type and area selected. A 3D Photo based search is also on the drawing board.

HOMEY Buyer Services

HOMEY is enhancing the online offer service to help expidite the process of selecting and negoiating the purchase of a property. Digital signatures, online escow services and the ability to track and manage the transaction all securely online.
